Homixy makes one thing: the hardware that sits on and under a desk. Not chairs, not lamps, not software. Fifty-eight pieces across four categories, cut from a single material palette so that the riser you buy today still matches the drawer you add next year.
This page explains what we stock, how we choose it, and what we will and will not do. It should take about four minutes.
Why we only do desks
Desk accessories tend to arrive in two flavours. There is moulded plastic that does the job and looks like an office supply, and there is design-studio furniture priced as though a monitor stand were an heirloom. The middle — solid material, honest construction, sensible money — is oddly empty.
That middle is the only place we operate. Every product in the range is made from real wood, aluminium or powder-coated steel, and nothing in the catalogue costs more than $135. Most of it sits between $30 and $80.
What we actually sell

Monitor and laptop risers
Nineteen pieces that solve screen height — the single most common ergonomic problem in a home setup, because almost every monitor ships with a stand that is too short. Solid wood tops on steel or aluminium legs, plus laptop stands, vertical docks and a monitor arm. The space underneath turns into storage you were not previously using.
Desk organisation and storage
Eighteen pieces for the things that accumulate: pen blocks, multi-grid organisers, display cases, under-desk drawers that mount without drilling, cable trays and cable boxes. The theme is moving small objects off the working surface without giving up floor space.

Thirteen pieces: headphone stands with wide cradles that support the headband properly, desktop speaker stands, charging docks and USB hub mounts. Small objects that spend their life in your eyeline, which is why we make them out of walnut and bamboo rather than plastic.

Desks and desk mats
Eight pieces covering the surface itself — compact, corner and drawered desks, plus mats in full-grain leather, vegan leather and cork. The mat is the one accessory your hands touch continuously, so we stock three materials rather than one and explain honestly how they differ.
How we choose materials
Four materials, chosen for specific reasons rather than for looks alone.
- Walnut — dense, dark, and it does not dent if you set a monitor down carelessly. Used where a piece needs to look finished from every angle.
- White oak — lighter and harder-wearing, for surfaces that take daily contact.
- Bamboo — technically a grass, which is why it regrows in a handful of years rather than decades. Stiff for its weight, so it works for shelves and trays that need to stay flat.
- Aluminium and powder-coated steel — used for legs, arms and anything carrying load. Wood is the surface; metal is the structure.
What we avoid: particleboard cores with a printed wood finish, and veneer thin enough to sand through. If a product page says walnut, the walnut is the material and not the photograph.
How we decide what to stock
We keep the range deliberately small. A catalogue of four hundred desk accessories is not a service to anyone — it is a search problem. Three rules govern what makes it in.
- It has to match the rest. One walnut tone, one oak tone, one bamboo tone across the whole range. This is the rule that makes buying in stages possible.
- It has to solve a problem we can name. If we cannot explain in one sentence what goes wrong on your desk without it, it does not belong in the catalogue.
- It has to survive daily use. These are objects you touch every working day for years. A finish that marks in a month fails the test regardless of how it photographs.
What we will not do
Worth stating plainly, because plenty of stores do the opposite.
- No invented reviews. When you see a customer review on this site, a customer wrote it. We would rather show none than write our own.
- No countdown timers or fake stock scarcity. If something is low on stock the page says so because it is true.
- Honest dimensions. Every listing carries real width, depth and height. Desk depth is the measurement people get caught out by, so we publish it rather than burying it.
- No pressure to buy the whole setup. Start with one piece. The range is designed so that adding to it later still works.

- Tracking on every order. You get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.
- Secure checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify; we never see or store your card details.
Where to start
If you are fixing one thing, fix screen height first — it costs the least, takes five minutes, and it is the change people notice at the end of a working day. After that, get the small objects off the surface, then deal with the cables.
